The Site is operated by MYCS from its offices in Berlin, Germany. These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them or in relation to them shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all contractual and non-contractual disputes arising out of or in relation to these terms.
MYCS makes no representation that the information in the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to the Site from territories where the content of the Site may be illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
If you have any issue regarding a product or service you have bought from us, you can seek to settle the dispute out-of-court through an Alternative Dispute Resolution or Online Dispute Resolution (ADR / ODR) procedure. These procedures are an alternative to resolving disputes by arbitration or before a court and as such they are called Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). When they are carried out online, they are called Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).
Resolving disputes through ADR/ODR, in general, is easier, faster and less expensive than resolving disputes before a court. Under the EU-wide ODR Regulation, the European Commission has established a European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform). The ODR platform is a web-based platform that is specifically designed to help consumers who have bought goods or services online and subsequently have a problem with that online purchase. It allows you to submit your contractual dispute and conduct the ADR procedure online and in any of the 23 official languages of the European Union.

We want you to love it. If you don't, you can return it for up to 14 days after delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. All returned items must have original tags and packaging; and must not have been installed, used, or modified. We stand by our products - if your order arrives damaged or defective or you'd like to order replacement parts, we can help right away.
An exception to note:
* Non-returnable items. We cannot accept returns on items that are non-modular (made-to-measure).

What if my order arrives damaged?
To ensure that your furniture arrives in pristine condition, it is packaged with utmost care in our workshop. In rare cases, it may occur that part of your furniture is damaged during delivery or assembly. Please ensure to check the outer packaging for any signs of damage before you sign for your delivery. If you notice any damaged packaging, make a note of this on the delivery slip when signing for it. If damage occurs during assembly, please ensure a note of this is made on the assembly slip. We would like to remind you at this point that it is very important to thoroughly inspect the outer packaging of your delivery before you sign for it. Once you've signed to confirm that the package is in "perfect condition", the shipping company is absolved of responsibility and does not have to cover costs for damage.
If you wish to return your item please follow the following steps: Call us free of charge on: 0330 808 7475 (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm GMT). To ensure that we can process your request as efficiently as possible, please send us some pictures of the damaged furniture. Please also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing the item number, a brief description of the damage and a copy of the delivery slip. We will then get in touch with you to discuss the next steps and, if requested, arrange a speedy exchange.
If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
100 day returns policy for TYME and PYLLOW sofas, and STYNG, PRYME, and CHAYR chairs
Independent of the normal returns policy, we also offer a 100 day grace period for returns of our TYME and PYLLOW sofas, and our STYNG, PRYME, and CHAYR chairs. This 100 day period begins when you or a third party other than the third party logistics provider take possession of the item. You must return the item(s) to MYCS within 100 days, starting from this date.

Please note the following:
The returning of the items is the sole responsibility of the customer.
The product(s) must be packaged carefully (with the same level of packaging protection as when they were delivered to you), intact and with all parts.
If you arrange a collection service through MYCS, the costs of returning the product(s) will be £49 and is payable by you (the customer). In the case of an exchange, there will be no extra charges to you.
We will reimburse any and all payments we have received from you, including any delivery fees (excluding any delivery fees resulting from you choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive option; particularly provisions for services such as assembly service, cannot be reimbursed) within 14 days of MYCS receiving your returned items. You will be refunded via the same payment method that you made the original payment with, unless you arrange an alternative refund method with us.
This refund guarantee does not affect your right of withdrawal nor your rights in case of defects.
All items on our website can be delivered to mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Delivery costs are dependent on the delivery address. Additional fees may be incurred for delivery of items to isolated areas, or areas that are difficult to access.
