Delivery
We offer free delivery throughout the UK. There are two options available: smaller items can be delivered by post, and larger items are handled by our third party delivery provider. Our provider will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery date. In order to have your goods delivered, the entrance to your home must be on a road that is accessible to heavy goods vehicules, and the entrance/stairway to your home must be such that your items can be delivered to your home without the need for machinery. You will be informed of the delivery method during the checkout process.

Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of marble, shipping marble table tops to the UK from our producer in mainland Europe often leads to damage to the stone. For this reason, we advise that you explore our wooden and lacquered coffee tables when choosing the perfect table for your home.

All items on our website can be delivered to mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Delivery costs are dependent on the delivery address. Additional fees may be incurred for delivery of items to isolated areas, or areas that are difficult to access. If you're unsure about delivery costs to your address, please contact us on support@mycs.com.

Payment options
Bank transfer (payment in advance)
After you've received your order confirmation, simply transfer the outstanding balance to the following account:
Account Number: 81485564, Sort Code: 23-14-70.
These account details will also be on the invoice you receive. The products you order will be reserved for you for 10 days, and we will process your order as soon as the transferred balance reaches our account (this can take 2-4 days).
PayPal
If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal site. If you already have an account, you can simply enter your login details and confirm the payment. If you don't already have an account, you can create one and continue with the payment afterwards. Any refunds for returned items will be transferred to your PayPal account.
Credit card
You can also pay for your items via debit or credit card - we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card will be debited directly, and your order will be processed immediately. Your details are kept secure every step of the way with SSL encryption. If you have any issues with the order process, our customer service team are happy to help.
